Gorgeous flat, Helpful landlord, Convenient Locale

Move in date is flexible but no later than 15 November.

This is a two bedroom ground-floor flat, sharing with two other female flatmates who are clean and friendly.

***WOMEN applicants only*** as this is an all-girl household (sorry guys!). There is no shared living room. There is a clean, modern and functional bathroom with shower and bathtub. Hot water and heating comes from the building and is always available. Landlord is responsive and helpful with getting repairs done.

The building has a secure-door entry, with a bus stop right outside. The flat itself is modern, and slickly decorated. Flatmates are expected to cooperate and share the chores to keep the flat clean and tidy, so please only apply if you are willing to share this responsibility.

The whole flat was repainted in 2023. The kitchen has a little table for communal eating, dishwasher, washing machine and integrated fridge freezer.
