The house is just a 2 minute minute walk to Dollis Hill station (Jubilee line) The house is social and friendly so you would be coming in to a very welcome household.

The room is a great size and has its own bathroom with shower and bath tub, lovely view over the park from the window, bed with new and very comfortable mattress, 2 desks with chairs, chest of drawers for clothes. Black out blinds which double up as a projector screen for watching films. Projector included. Top floor (3rd floor) of the house, so it is very quiet and peaceful, feels like living in your own little apartment.

You will be sharing the house with:

Matt who is British and works in Facilities for Universal Music.
Dan who is Cameroonian and works as an architecture
Krystal from Hong Kong who works in Film Industry
Chris from New Zealand who is an engineer

We generally lead individual lives and the house in generally quite quiet during the week, occasionally the house will socialise on weekends.

We all get along very well in this house so you would be moving into a well established house share with a good group of people who are kind and thoughtful.

Also if you're good at making BBQ's then definitely send a message you will be highly appreciated!! ;)

if you like exercise then we have Gladstone Park just a 2minute walk away, perfect for playing tennis, basketball or football. And also great for jogging.

The Dollis Hill and Willesden area is very nice in general. The street we live on is a terraced street with mostly families. The property is spread across three floors and is a well built/maintained (no squeaky floors etc). We have a cleaning rota in which we all clean a section of the house each week. So the house is always kept clean. We are 2 min walk from Gladstone Park which is. a beautiful park for walks or exercise.

Local shops are just a 5minute walk, Willesden High Street has a great variety of shops which is perfect for grocery shopping.

Central London is 15-20minutes tube journey away, (24 hour jubilee line on the weekends) The available room is a great price and great location.

The rent for the room is £850 this will be inclusive of all bills.
