My partner and I have relocated to Sheffield due to study requirements; we own this New Build 2 Bedroom Apartment in Harleston, a 5-minute walk away from the station. We’re looking for someone to rent our flat.

The apartment comes furnished but is more suited to a couple than two sharing. TV, Sofa, Beds, Mattresses, Dining Tables etc all included and Off-Site Street parking is available if parking is required.
The flat is opposite a Tesco Express for any groceries, 5-10 min walk from Harlesden High Street and a 5 min bus ride or 35 min walk to Wembley Park. Harlesden Station is just 5 minute walk away (Zone 3) but you can get to Willesden Junction (Zone 2) in about a 15 min walk which can also link you to the overground and other destinations. On the tube, it’s roughly about 15 mins to Paddington.

The property has a combined Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one Ensuite). One with a Bath and one with a Shower.

The neighbours are lovely and you'll fit in right away. Our next-door neighbour is a Nurse however so we want to make sure we're letting to a professional who wont have loud parties etc and distutrb the neighbours.
