Double room ideal for creatives in NW10

Unique opportunity for creatives to rent a room, with a film/photography studio below! It is located in NW10, a short walk to both Dollis Hill and Neasden stations.

All utility bills are included as well as communal cleaner once per week. You will receive one studio booking for free per month as well as discounts on further bookings. We also offer tenants the chance to take paid studio bookings (often just letting client in and out).

In the studio is an infinity cove, large foliage wall, multiple sets and selection of colorama paper. This is an active studio so there are regular shoots happening below in which you have a separate entrance , very vibrant atmosphere if that is what you are looking for. we would love for a creative to come in and utilise the space, although we are also open to anyone else. The most important thing is a good vibe that fits in!

We are in a creative community that also includes set designers, sound engineers and lighting technicians, so plenty of opportunity for collaboration. Current tenants are a fashion photographer and a stylist.

There is a kitchen, two separate showers and two toilets available.

One month in advance plus £400 deposit required.
