Double Room in Beautiful Victorian House

Hi everyone! I am a journalist and writer and am looking to rent my spare room in my gorgeous terraced Victorian house for three months only.

It is available from 10th September 2025 to 10th December 2025.

I am the landlord and also living in the house. The house is in Willesden, 10 minutes' walk from Dollis Hill Underground station and five minutes from buses 260, 266. It is five minutes' walk from Willesden High Road, where there are loads of shops, local amenities etc.

Due to my religious beliefs, I would prefer not to have any pork or alcohol in my house.

The house is really beautiful and large. It has three bedrooms but just me living there at the moment.

I enjoy quite a reasonably sedate lifestyle, although I love going out too! I also love to read, cook, watch movies and travel.

I will be requesting references from the previous landlord and current employer I will also require a copy of a passport photo page and a letter from the person's bank. I will also need five weeks' rent as deposit and a month's rent in advance.

The room price includes all bills.
