🏳️‍🌈 Newly refurbished house is looking for a new housemate! You'd be sharing with just two (gay cis males) (one is me).

2 mins walk from Dollis Hill tube station (zone 3) or 10 mins to Willesden Green (zone 2). Great connections by car to North Circular and other key roads. Be in a central London zone in 12 minutes with the tube. Night tube/buses and run here too!

This is a social house, so not suitable for anyone who justs like to stay in their room nearly all the time watching stuff on their own TV or laptop. We want the home to not be a place where people just co-exist and cross paths on the way to the kitchen, but a place where interactions happen in the social space while private alone time is also respected. I would like to think that if there was another lockdown (hopefully not!), the flatmates I am living with would make it so much more bearable. People with varied interests would be great, from board games to bungee jumping or road trips out! The home is dog friendly and it'd be amazing if the next housemate comes with a dog. Not currently considering any other pets including cats due allergies (sorry!)

The kitchen & living room area leading to the patio/garden would be the central place for socialising with some of these things to help...

Bills come to around £70pcm per person in the summer and £90pcm in the winter (council tax, internet, gas, water, and electricity). Energy saving, recycling and other planet caring measures in place at the house.

Exclusive bathroom. Top floor facing garden, approx 11sqm. Suitable for couples with additional cost. Short term lets considered, with surcharge.

As you will see from the floorplan in the images, there is a ground floor-basement section that is a self-contained flat but part of the whole building (it's a house). This just so happens to have a queer professional living there and is separate to the rest of the property, so he isn't living in the property that this ad is for. However, we do get on with him and so he is invited up for a games night, films, etc on those occasions we're having a super social evening! Thus, bills are shared between 4 even though you'd only be in a house of 3 people.

Because it is really important that it's a great mix of people in the house above anything else, please message with as much info about yourself that you wish to share.
