Single room to let

Single room (furnished: single bed, wardrobe, dresser) to let in a 4 bedroom semi detached house. FEMALES PREFERRED. Currently has 1 Sri lankan buddhist couple and my elderly muslim mother (86 years old).

Upstairs bathroom and toilet. My mother lives completely downstairs. No communal/living area but lodgers are free to use the kitchen for cooking and the dining room to eat.
Preference is either a vegetarian or someone who will not cook and eat pork or drink alcohol on the premises. No males will be permitted to stay overnight in the room. All bills and Council tax included as well as broadband. Willesden Green tube station (15-20 minute walk) which is the nearest tube station & is in zone 2 Jubilee line. Willesden Green high street is a 10 minute walk away. Willesden Health Centre is on the same road as the house. REFERENCES FROM YOUR PREVIOUS LANDLORD, PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATIONAL ENROLLMENT AND RIGHT TO REMAIN IN UK WILL BE REQUIRED OR PROOF THAT YOU ARE A UK PASSPORT HOLDER. AVAILABLE FROM 01/04/24. I am not the live-in landlord but live 2 mins away.
