One double room to let

Double room to let in a 4 bedroom semi detached house. Currently has 1 Sri lankan buddhist couple and my mother (muslim) who is 84 years of age. Upstairs bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. My mother lives downstairs. There is no communal/living area but lodgers are naturally free to use the kitchen for cooking and dining room.
Preference is female and either a vegetarian or someone who will not cook pork or drink alcohol on the premises. If female, no males will be permitted to stay overnight in the room. Council tax included as well as broadband and all bills. Willesden Green tube station (15-20 minute walk) which is the nearest tube station & is in zone 2 Jubilee line. Willesden Green high street is a 10 minute walk away. Willesden Health Centre is on the same road as the house. REFERENCES FROM YOUR PREVIOUS LANDLORD, PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATIONAL ENROLLMENT AND RIGHT TO REMAIN IN UK WILL BE REQUIRED. OR PROOF THAT YOU ARE A UK PASSPORT HOLDER. AVAILABLE FROM 29/08/24.
