Large double room available in converted warehouse

We have 1 room coming available at the end of Feb and move in date can be flexible.

It’s a lovely bright and creative warehouse in Willesden Green. We’re looking for someone to be a part of the fam.

The flats spacious with ground floor bedrooms and a communal open plan living space

upstairs: living room area, work from home area with individual desks for everyone, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers.
The open plan area upstairs also has heating and AC which is amaaazing in summer.

The bedroom is separate to the other ones with its own private set of stairs within the flat (which is easier to explain and show in person) it comes with a double bed (with built in storage drawers), a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table and also a large storage area next to the stairs for that room.

Due to the warehouse set up, the windows aren’t able to open in the bedrooms but the ventilation works really well and no one has had a problem with damp/being too hot or too cold (between us we’ve been here between 1-5 years)

Us: 3 women and 1 NB person (and 1 cat who’s 12) who are easy going, calm and caring. We value the time that we spend together but at the same time we enjoy our own space and respect each other’s recharge time as we all work different hours.
We all come from different backgrounds, Estonian, English, Irish and Italian so enjoy learning from each other and sharing culture, food and holidays.
Myself (Sophie) and (Amy, they/them) are a couple and the flat has always been inclusive and respectful of lgbtq folks so it’s important the new housemate would be aligned on this too and be respectful of pronouns to continue our safe space 🫶🏻

We’re from various professional backgrounds within art, film, hospitality and office work

You: We’re looking for similar aged 29+ / mature professional, friendly, easy going and open minded who will treat the flat as a home.
We organise a cleaner or create a cleaning rota between ourselves and share common use expenses and we organise a flat meeting when a new housemate joins just so everyone is in the loop and comfortable, so someone who wants to live communally is a must :)
We’re not a party flat but enjoy going out on walks or day trips and chilling together

We’re meat eaters and share kitchen pans/utensils/ fridges so those with different diets would be welcome to bring separate kitchen items

We can’t accept any more pets in the flat due to our cat being a retired old man just needing peace (unless small pets/fish who stay in bedrooms)

Deposit is 1 months rent and the landlord will require an employee and previous landlord reference

We live in an active artists community so we have an understanding for our direct neighbours that their creative business’s may make noise at times. (Warehouse has thin walls) This usually involves video shoots or professional pop up events. Our rent is very agreeable and we have a fantastic relationship with our neighbours, so our new housemate must be accepting of this.
