Large double room available in converted warehouse

We have 1 room available.

It’s a lovely bright and creative warehouse in Willesden Green. We’re looking for someone to be a part of the fam.

The flats spacious with ground floor bedrooms and a communal open plan living space
upstairs: living room area, work from home area with individual desks, large kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, 2 large double built-in wardrobes and a large storage cupboard, There’s heating and air ventilation and a skylight above the bed to star gaze in bed 🤩

Us: We are 4 women aged 29-32 (and 1 cat who’s 11) who are easy going, caring, social and creative in nature. We value the time that we spend together but at the same time we enjoy our own space and respect each others recharge time. We like to get together for dinner and socialise outside of the flat too.

We’re from various professional backgrounds within art, film, circus, hospitality and wellness. We’re a multi cultural group and love that we’re all different and get to learn from each other so would love to live with others who would like to share and bring their own culture and experiences to the flat.

You: We’re looking for similar aged 27+ / mature professionals, friendly, calm, open minded and creative people who would respect and support each other and treat the flat as a home.
We have cleaning rotas and shared common use expenses, so someone who wants to live communally and contributes is a must :)
We’re not a party flat but enjoy going out on walks, camping or day trips and chilling together regularly.
We’re meat eaters and share kitchen pans/utensils/ fridges so those with different diets would be welcome to bring separate kitchen items if that would make you more comfortable.

We can’t accept any more cats in the flat due to our cat being a retired old man just needing peace, would potentially be open to a calm dog but would need to do a slow introduction and see how they get on

Deposit is 1 months rent and the landlord will require an employee and previous landlord reference

We live in an active artists community so we have an understanding for our direct neighbours that their creative business’s may make noise at times. This usually involves video shoots or professional pop up events. Our rent is very agreeable and we have a fantastic relationship with our neighbours, so our new housemate must be accepting of this.
