We’re looking for someone who fits the atmosphere of the flat:

Independent but friendly – everyone respects each other’s space, but a bit of conviviality is appreciated.

Clean and considerate – hygiene is essential. We have a cleaner every two weeks, but everyone must clean up after themselves, especially in shared areas.

Recycling is mandatory – the council requires proper waste sorting. We have a simple system in place that must be followed.
