*Ideally, we would like to find someone who is open to at least 6 months, with the potential for longer. We may also consider shorter term stays as well e. g. between the 10th April 2024 - 10th May 2024 would potentially be available for a short term let!*

With a 30-second walk to Dollis Hill station, this house is perfect for those who love to cut out travel time. As well as this, we have a lovely fruit and veg shop, a few corner shops and a pharmacy across the road. Wilsden High Street is also just a 5/10 minute walk away.

We are a relatively quiet and chilled household so it would be nice to find someone who would also respect the chilled nature of our home e. g. no house parties.

The current occupants are either working in the city or doing some home-based work and some work out and about. With this being said, we also have an office space and a large communal table in the open-space kitchen.

Overall, we have a lovely atmosphere here, where the home is also beautifully decorated (we also have a water alkalising system which is great!)

Council Tax is included in the rent and we also currently have a cleaner.
