This is a fully furnished single bed room.

It’s a big house split into two flats with separate entrances. You will be sharing with two young ladies, aged 23 and 25. Each has her own bedroom, and you will all share a kitchen, which includes a washing machine, and a bathroom that has a toilet, bidet, bathtub, and separate shower.

All bills are included in the price, and parking is available under a separate agreement.

You will be occupying the upstairs flat, but you are most welcome to use the garden if you wish.

The landlady lives on the ground floor of the property with her parents. You must be quite sociable as the landlady is very chatty and loves conversations. It’s a friendly household, and we are looking for someone who will fit in with the dynamics of the house and its people—preferably a university student, a student pursuing further education, or a young professional. It’s ideal for someone studying or working in town or the suburbs because of its location.

The apartment is situated in a convenient location, just a five-minute walk to public transport and a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It’s a four-minute walk to Dollis Hill tube station, which is 15 minutes to Bond Street. Willesden bus garage is a five-minute walk away. There are night buses from Central London throughout the week, and on weekends, there is all-night tube service operated by the Jubilee line.
