Our flatmate is unfortunately leaving London to go travelling, so we are looking for someone to replace him with a move in date of 10th November.

✨The room:✨

A spacious, light, front-facing double bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and wardrobe included.

Plenty of space for a large desk in the window and for more shelving in addition to storage in drawers underneath the bed.

✨The area:✨

The flat is situated on Oldfield Road, nearby a lovely park (Roundwood Park).

It is also within walking distance of Neasden (Jubilee) and Harlesden (Bakerloo) tube stations and also Willesden Junction (Overground) so it has great links to the rest of the city.

Also, there is a corner shop across the street and a Tesco only a 15 minute walk away.

✨The flat:✨

The flat is upstairs from the street level and features a large open-plan kitchen/ living area which has 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs for social occasions.

We also have a decently sized back garden (accessible downstairs from the kitchen) which is great for barbecues in summer and handy for hanging out washing (There's a washer/drier in the flat).

We like to keep the shared spaces of the flat clean and tidy and we're looking for someone who is also clean tidy and respectable.
