Double Room To Rent Females Only House Bills Inc

Hi,
We have one double room available to rent in our house. We are looking for a roomate who is clean and easy going. Female house only.

The double room is quite large, has plenty of wardrobe space (build in!) is furnished with double bed, a fridge, chair, etc.

You will share the toilet with two girls, our living room is really cosy with a flat screen and nice large kitchen with dinner table. We have a garden as well as, washing machine and dish washer. Basically all you need is there.
Clean, easy going and respective people - if thats you I love to hear from you.
