£650 per calendar month, includes all bills: electricity, gas, water, high-speed internet and council tax.
A deposit of £325 is required along with one month rent upfront. Minimum stay is 6 months, with one month notice after.
The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and shelving.

Shared use of kitchen diner (with washing machine, dishwasher) living room and 2 bathrooms. There is a south facing garden at the back of the house.

10-15 min walk to Willesden Junction tube and overground station zone 2/3. (the Bakerloo line takes 25 min to Oxford Circus, the Overground line to Euston takes 15 min, plus there are direct Overground lines to Stratford, Richmond or Clapham Junction). Several local amenities are within a 5-10 minute walk, including Harlesden High Street, local pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. 2min to Roundwood Park, 10 min to Willesden Sports centre.

I (landlady) am away most of the time (living in Berlin, Germany) so share of the house is for three people in total, including you.
And even though this is a live in Landlady let, you three will have the house to yourselves most of the time.
