We all work in Fashion in London, we are looking for a 4th person to rent the last room, we have a large kitchen diner and a good size bathroom that we all share. We are about a 8 minute walk to the tube station. The flat is very modern.

We are Huntvale, a room company based in Hampstead London and we specialize in renting rooms to young professionals, looking to live with like minded people, not only to live with but to meet new people and of course make new friends!

We have a selection of rooms located a short walk from Willesden Green Tube Station (Jubilee Line), Zone 2 of London and surrounded by all your local amenities. The apartment benefits from wonderful views of Gladstone Park being directly opposite - a huge bonus!

The apartment has Fibre Optic internet with an average speed of 60mb+, this is included in the rent.

Please note:
If you don't have a UK guarantor, rental payments will need to be taken upfront for the duration of the tenancy.
Should you be a working professional, we require confirmation of employment, a work contract, previous landlord, payslips.

We charge 2 months rent in advance one for the first month and one for the last month - no deposit.

No other costs throughout your tenancy, all we ask is that you respect the apartment and your neighbours.
