The property is a very large apartment with high ceilings, 4 bedroom with 2 bathrooms on a first and second floor of a victorian terrace 5 minutes walk from Willesden Green tube on the Jubilee line .

Sharing kitchen and there is not communal living room .

There is on street parking and a small garden at the front .

The property has beautiful solid dark wood flooring throughout and it has been refurbished late 2022 before being let out.

The flat has been decorated to a high standard reflecting the class of the property and the terraced building.

The kitchen has a Neff dishwasher and a huge Samsung fridge freezer and a 12 month old hob/cooker lots of storage cupboard everywhere plenty of space. the flat also benefit of a 30 sq metre storage space under an enclosed low roof ( just a plus )

At the moment we have a cleaner in place to clean the common areas such as all the common floors vacuumed and washed , clean the toilets and bathroom, the kitchen and oven / fridge as needed , all included in the rent .

The existing house mate are Jinefa German born early 30's who is a single professional with a very good attitude towards life and very respectful views of others … amazingly friendly .

The second house mate is Nelly on the computer all day in her late 20s who also is very well educated considerate and respectful.

The third house mate is Kalymah living in the the only en-suite in the house . she works in fashion and she very kind ….. amazing attitude :) .

Our new ideal house mates will be a woman, definitely professional showing maturity in being able to respect each other spaces with also some minimal willingness to living together in a happy flat share .
