The rent is £350(month), bills not included.

We take care of all the bills between ourselves:

£88 a month per person (gas/electricity, council tax band C, and internet.) and a separated water bill of £50 per person every 4 months.

Total Cost (rent+bills) around £450 per month.

We are looking for a tidy, easy-going, respectful and not too loud professional. Sorry, but no parties. We all work hard and respect each other times.

The flat has 4 rooms to share with 5 other people, (6total) No more couples unfortunately.

No living room or back garden. The flat is a bit old, but good location and very affordable.

Quiet neighbourhood. Just in front of Gladstone Park.

Minimum 3 months. No short contract.

For single occupancy, No couples unfortunately.
