About me:


This room is available on a temporary basis until I move to my new flat in 4-5 months time. I rented the flat unfurnished from 2019 so all furnishings are mine. Bills are not included and average £100 - £150 / month during summer months.

There is the possibility of taking over the lease when I move (rent likely to increase) or moving with me to a 2 bed 1 bath flat near Neasden station.
I am the sole tenant and work from home 2 days a week. My girlfriend visits me from Palestine every 2 months and stays with me for a few weeks.

I am tidy and have a high standard of cleanliness. I cook healthy quick meals and respect that the kitchen is a common area and always clean up after I use it. The kitchen is not separate from the living space so when I cook I open windows to ventelate the flat so food smells don't linger. If you like to spend hours in the kitchen cooking curry, fried foods, fish and other strong smelling foods then please look elsewhere.

I have a small 13 year old dog that is well trained, clean, friendly and does not shed.🐩
