Hi everyone! I’m moving out of London and looking for someone to take over my bright double room just steps from the beautiful (and massive!) Gladstone Park.

• Furnished with a wooden bed, wardrobe full length mirror
• Peaceful garden-facing view – anyone who enjoys natural light ☀️
• Ready to move in ASAP or we can discuss the date.

🚇 Transport & Local Perks:
• Great links: 10–15 mins (walk) or 5 min (with lime 🍋‍🟩) to Willesden Green or Dollis Hill (Jubilee Line). So it’s 45min to Central London.
• Bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away
• Nearby shops: off-license, corner shop, Portuguese café, and Sainsbury’s (15 mins away), on the other side ~25 min away there is Lidl too.

• Shared with 4 friendly, respectful professionals
• Communal living room + spacious kitchen/dining area
• Private driveway
• Everyone keeps things clean – we use a simple cleaning rota.

• £785/month (includes council tax & water)
• Other bills (gas, electric, internet) split between 5
