Coming up for grabs is an awesome double room in a peaceful house share.

3 story mid-terraced house with 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a bath and shower, lounge area and open plan kitchen. Sliding doors lead out into the back courtyard area which has table and chairs for those gorgeous summer months.

There is a cleaner who comes in every week to clean all the communal areas.

Unlimited wireless broadband throughout.

THE ROOM:

Your room is on the top floor of the house. It is a fully furnished room with a double bed, closets with hanging space, storage space, and other furniture. It is a nice, cosy room.

THE AREA:

Our house is situated in Willesden, about a 3 minute walk from Dollis Hill tube station (Zone3, Jubilee Line which is a night tube on the weekend) or a 10 minute walk from Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2) alternatively there are brilliant bus services running 24/7 as we extremely close to the Bus Depot/Station.

There's plenty of shops in the area selling various items, some are 24 hours and we have a small and large Sainsbury’s about 5 minutes and 8 minutes away respectively.

THE HOUSEMATES:

On the ground floor Sonia, the 1st floor is Francesco and an unused room and on the top floor is Nele and your room. The house is chilled, but sometimes on the weekend we might have a laugh or cook a meal and chill. For the most part the house is very quiet although we are on occasion social but there is no pressure for anyone to take part in anything. I very much doubt you'll be making any noise complaints in this house share.

YOU:

Must be very considerate, clean, employed, friendly and able to speak English. Preferably this will be a longer term tenancy although shorter periods will be considered, I need at least a months notice to replace you when you wish to leave.

RECAP:

So just to recap, Single occupancy will require a deposit of £920 deposit as well as the rent for the month in advance. The rent is payable on the last day of every month.
