2 double rooms available in a beautiful light, high-ceilinged house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Willesden Green. Both rooms available from early August.

The house is spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchen with dishwasher and utility room; living room with woodburning stove; plus terrace and big garden. We have ample space for homeworking. We have 4 bathrooms, including 3 showers and a bath.

We're in a vibrant neighbourhood with easy access to Sainsbury's/Co-op and lots of cafes and shops. We're also less than 10 minutes' walk from a great green space, Gladstone Park.

The house has excellent transport links from Willesden Green tube station (10 mins walk) with direct access via Jubilee line to central London (Bond Street) in 13 minutes. You also have access to train services from Cricklewood station (10 mins).

You'd be living with 4 other sociable professionals in their twenties. We often cook together in the evenings and enjoy the odd film and drink together.

Non-essential fun facts: we have a surprisingly large garden, and a growing lockdown vegetable patch (thanks to Daniel and Emma). We also have a piano and very regular opportunities to walk our neighbour's miniature poodle.
