A double room is available in a lovely, bright and spacious 2-bed first floor flat in Willesden Green.

The room at the back of the flat and overlooks the downstairs flat garden and comes with a large wardrobe (currently no bed but can be negotiated with landlord).

You also get as a bonus (at no extra cost) an additional smaller room which can be used as a lounge room, study, office, guest room, walk-in wardrobe, or extra storage space.

The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and has a 4-seat dining table and washing machine. The bathroom is spacious too with both a shower box and a bath tub. The flat has full central heating.

There is no living room but the spacious kitchen with dining table and the additional smaller room (which each of us have their own) makes up for it.

The flat is on the first floor of a house on a quiet residential street, less than 5 minutes walk from Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2/ Jubilee Line).

I (the other tenant in the flat) am 46 year old male and work as photographer, filmmaker and designer mainly in the art, culture and education sectors. I'm considerate, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy going out for walks, reading, watching films, yoga and traveling for work (when COVID-19 is over). I'm looking for a professional flatmate who is also considerate and respectful to share the home with and have nice chat over occasional meals and hot/cold beverages.

Willesden Green has numerous local shops, mini markets, delicious restaurants and cozy cafes. There's also two Sainsbury's (one small and one larger) and a Co-Op, all within walking distance.

The rent is 750 per month plus bills: council tax, energy, water and broadband

The landlord is very friendly and considerate and you'll be dealing directly with them, so no agency fees.
