The house is 6/7 mins. walk from Willesden Green tube station and 5 mins. walk from Dollis Hill tube station (Jubilee line, 15 mins from Bond Street); we have a large garden and also a beautiful park 5 mins. from the house ideal for cycling and jogging. The area is very safe and very peaceful, it almost feels like the countryside although we are a stone thrown from Willesden Green. A lovely place to go back to after a long day.

We also have a really sweet and friendly cat so an animal lover is a must :)

The house has 4 bedrooms, a gorgeous living room and a live-in kitchen. There are central heating and broadband and the house is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. We also have a garage with lots of storage space.

We are a nice group of professional who consider this home, we love to socialise but this is not a party house, we are very respectful of each other space and really care about the cleanliness of the house and keep it really well, once a week, in turn, we do the cleaning of all communal areas.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term place to call home, someone considerate of others and with previous experience of house sharing. A smoker is fine but only outside. No couples.
