Double Room in Large Modern House for Female

We are looking for a new female housemate to join our home !

£658 pcm incl bills

Located on the top floor overlooking the back garden. Super cosy and bright. Nice room for working from home, as it's fairly quiet. Comes with a clean, comfy bed, chest of drawers, a desk and a wardrobe (different to those in the pictures). Clean and modern bathroom is shared with one other female only. Extra storage space is available. AVAILABLE: 15th July, but can be flexible on dates for the right person.

All bills are included in the price, and we have a great cleaner that cleans the common areas/bathrooms every two weeks.

THE HOUSE:

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, one block back from the high street. We have a huge, modern open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto a paved patio area and back garden. The house has all amenities required including a new washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. The house is warm in winter thanks to double glazing and central heating, and cool in summer with great airflow !

CURRENT HOUSEMATES:

We range in age from 22 to 40 and work in fashion, teaching, design, engineering and hospitality. We are all very friendly and clean, and while we are sociable and like to have meals, play board games or watch films together, we are also very willing to keep to ourselves and give each other privacy. Animals are welcome, however you'll be fully responsible for your animals. We're looking for a female to keep the balance and would like to find a housemate who match our vibe !.

The area itself is in between Willesden Green and Dollis Hill (both on the Jubilee Line) and is very well served by local bus routes. We also have a great selection of local shops and places to eat - with two lovely parks in short walking distance. The garden is also a great addition to the house.
