Sadly I’m leaving this lovely flat after I have been spending 2 years and 10 months.
We are looking for new company to join.
The room:
It has big windows facing to our private garden. Comes with furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers).
It was refurbished in summer 2019, so whole flat is very clean.
The flat:
Stylish kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine with dryer and electric hob.
Spacious living room and a private garden (where the place I love to have breakfast, and some pints in evening during summer!)
We share one main bathroom in the first floor and toilet in grand floor.
Bills:
Council tax, water, the broadband included.
We split the bills for the electricity and gas every month.
Flatmates:
You will be sharing with 2 female professionals. Both are sweet and easy-going.
Sometimes we grab some drinks and have dinner together. Personally speaking, I think we have good balance of each private time and socialising :)
Landlord:
She is really caring person and good person to speak when we have troubles about the flat.
You might need to go through a reference check before you move in.
