Hello
We are looking for two new flatmate for two double room available from February, 15. We are sharing that house with me and an other flatmate.

Deposit : £500
Rent/month : £560 bills included. (Broadband and council tax)
Every 3 month we need to pay some additional bills which are electricity, water and gas.

Context : The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilets separated, fully furnished kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, 1 garden with barbecue. We have a cleaning rotation, so everyone has to do their cleaning duties once a week.

We have some very nice commodities near to the flat, many buses, 2 underground stations (Willesden green station and Dollis Hill), 3 Sainsbury’s, some coffee shop.

The room is totally furnished (except sheets and pillows)
