The house is 6/7 mins. walk from Willesden Green tube station (zone 2) and 5 mins. walk from Dollis Hill tube station (zone 3).

We have a large garden and also a beautiful park 5 mins. from the house ideal for cycling and jogging. The area is very safe and very peaceful, it almost feels like the countryside although we are a stone's throw from Willesden Green and 20 mins. by tube from central London (Jubilee line). A lovely place to go back to after a long day.

We also have a really sweet and friendly cat so an animal lover is a must :)

The house has 4 bedrooms, a lovely living room with patio doors to the garden, and a live-in kitchen. There are central heating and broadband and the house is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. We also have a garage (not to park a car as we use it for storage and bicycles) and a parking space.

We are a nice group of professionals who consider this home, we do socialize but this is not a party house, is a quite place to call home. We are very respectful of each other space and really care about the cleanliness of the house and once a week, in turn, we do the cleaning of all communal areas.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term place to call home, someone considerate of others, previous experience with house sharing is a must. A smoker is fine but only outside. No couples.
