We have 2 rooms available:
Room 1: Large double £902.50 excl bills (furnished)
Room 2: Very large double with en-suite £992.50 excl bills (unfurnished)
Two of us are moving out (en-suite room) and a large double room (available). I’m moving out as I have purchased a flat nearby and Shaan is moving jobs hence moving for location.
The house is large a 4-bed with separate kitchen & living room and a garden in Willesden Green. I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and consider it a home. In the house there is Audrone (Lithuanian - 37yrs Credit Controller) who has been here 2yrs and Andy (British, 44yrs biologist) who has been here 2.5yrs. There are 3 toilets in total so no queuing. There is a downstairs toilet and large bathroom upstairs plus the en-suite room.
The house is in a great location on a quiet street halfway between Willesden Green and Cricklewood. It is a mix of WFH and office for everybody.
The lease is up 24 August 2026 (possible to extend thereafter).
We are easy-going and relaxed, busy with work and meeting friends but regularly have chats and collect each others Amazon packages!
There is a separate kitchen and living room plus a garden, currently showing signs of spring with daffodils & bluebells, there will be raspberries in the summer!
Bills are approx £155 per month (council tax Band E), electricity, gas, water, cleaner & WiFi). The cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. The deposit is £756.
There are great transport links in the area. Willesden Green underground station (Jubilee line) is a 12 minute walk away, Cricklewood station is a 7 minute walk (Thameslink and National Rail). There are also multiple bus routes a couple of minutes walk from the house.
