Cozy double room on top floor

We have a cozy double room available on the top floor of our 3 level house for £700 per month including all bills. The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There are blackout blinds, and the room is pretty quiet due to its top floor location.

There are two bathrooms in the house which means there are no bathroom wars in the mornings.

THE HOUSEMATES:

Currently we have four Males (English and Brazillian). Ages ranging from 24-40. Most of us have lived in the house for a while so we all get on really well, and looking for someone who will fit in with the dynamics.

We are looking for a flatmate that is tidy. Our house is a home- therefore we’re not huge on parties. If you are looking for somewhere relaxed, with a bunch of down to earth and friendly flatmates- then look no further!

THE AREA:

Our house is situated in Willesden Green, about a 5 minute walk from Dollis Hill tube station (Zone3) or a 10 minute walk from Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2) alternatively there are brilliant bus services running 24/7 as we live right next to the Bus Depot/Station. There are also plenty of shops in the area selling various items and some are open 24 hours, and we have a Sainsbury's within walking distance for the dreaded weekly Sunday shop!
