Spacious single bedroom for rent available from 11th January in a house share with 3 other professionals.

Located between Willesden Green tube station (10 minutes walk) and Dollis Hill tube stations (5 minutes walk) on a quiet street. Good buses connections to central London (98, 52, 266, 260, 460), near shops (7 minutes from big Sainsbury’s). Very nice local park nearby.

The room is a large single bedroom in a house with a common and well equipped kitchen, one bathroom, two toilets and a backyard. The room includes a single bed, 2x wardrobe, large bookcase, chest of drawers, small desk, bed side table and has good wireless internet connection.

You would share the house with two males and one female, working different days and hours. This is why we would like someone quiet, non-smoking, respectful to others and who helps us to keep the house clean and tidy and is able to follow house rules (professionals preferably).

Please bear in mind that this is not a party house, but rather the opposite, as we are very conscious that everyone needs time and space to rest and relax (so for example we have agreed on having “quite hours”).
For this reason, we are looking for a responsible and mature person, able to share the basic values according to which we have kept the peaceful order of the house over the years. This includes regularly cleaning after yourself (and do the extra bit with the weekly cleaning rota), paying bills and rent timely, being respectful and considerate in the shared spaces.

The rent is £650 per month and inclusive of some bills (water, council tax, TV license and internet) – paid every 1st of the month (so depending on when you move in there will be adjustment for the first month). On top of that you would have to pay gas bill (from around £15 to £50 per month depending on the season) and electricity (around £25-£30 a month per person). Deposit is £400.
