We have a bright, Double Bedroom with view into garden for a single person only in Willesden Green (jubilee line - zone 2) available from the 25th September (we can be flexible with the moving date for the right candidate) - £749/month incl. bills and fast broadband.

We are now looking for another housemate, preferably a guy to replace the one who’s moving out. Here's a little more information about the room:
first floor, bright, double room with plenty of storage, desk, double bed and a chest of drawers.
We have a quiet but sociable, multinational house and we’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing. Sometimes we eat and drink together in the evenings and visitors are welcome, but this is not a party house and we are all mature professionals, so we would rather not have any students.

Kitchen - lots of communal pots, pans, plates, cutlery and utensils.
Living area with sofa and dining table at the end of the kitchen.
Garden with a BBQ. Parking is available on the street with a resident permit.
Work references will be requested by the landlord.

We keep the house in a very good condition, it’s always clean and tidy, so you would be expected to contribute to the cleaning rota and duties of the house.
Willesden Green tube station (Zone 2/Jubilee line) is 8 minute walk away, and there are lots of buses.
Coffee shops and eateries on the high street.
Big Sainsbury's within 5 minutes walk.
Gladstone park with an outdoors gym, Nuffield Health and Willesden Sports Centre are all nearby.
