Rent is £945/month plus bills (usually about £140 per month)

It’s a modern, spacious and bright three-bed flat on the third floor, with a balcony and some shared garden space at the back.

There is a well-equipped kitchen, and an office room which is great for working from home.

You would be living with myself and Andrew, both in our mid-20s and originally from Scotland. We both enjoy cooking, a glass of wine, and a friendly flat.

The room is available to move in on 8th October (however there is flexibility to move earlier if needed), and comes with the essential furniture - bed & mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.
