Huge Room in a High Spec House

Our home is a diverse community of professionals from various backgrounds.

The room come's semi furnished, King size bed and Wardrobe. Ample storage space is provided throughout the property, including the loft and out-building, so you won't have to clutter your room with suitcases or boxes.

Our home boasts modern amenities, including marble kitchen countertops and house-wide underfloor heating. Each room is controlled individually. We have three shower rooms, one bathroom/shower room, and an additional toilet. For those who enjoy cooking, there's a gas cooker and an abundance of kitchen space.

You have your own bathroom which you will be sharing with one other person.

A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. The garden, while not huge, is perfect for hosting dinner parties, BBQs, and relaxing by the firepit.

Unlike 80-90% of flat/house shares out there we have a vary large Dinning and living room area so that you are not confinded to your room at all times.

Our house is conveniently located near Dollis Hill Station on the Jubilee line, just a one-minute walk away. It's close enough to be convenient, yet not so close that train noise becomes a bother.

You can reach Bond Street in central London in approximately 15-20 minutes and Bank/Canary Wharf in around 35-40 minutes.
