Lovely bright room in Willesden Green right next to Gladstone Park. £700 not including bills - we split the wifi, electricity & water, council tax, and cleaner. (Council Tax band C) usually comes up around £150 a month
We are looking for someone friendly. You will be living with me (Laura) & Sarah. We are both quiet and have the occasional drink together. We would ideally like to you move in on the 1st of November.
Preferabily no WFH, as it is a small shared space.
The deposit is a month's rent (£700) and you will need to provide character/landlord references.
