1 Room Double Bed Willesden Green/Dollis Hill

We are looking for a long term new lodger/housemate to live in our house with us in the Dollis Hill/Willesden Green area in north west London from 2nd June onwards.

You will be living with three of us and a very friendly dog (see pictures). We are 1 Brazilian woman, 1 British Palestinian man and one Italian woman (two of us are Portuguese speakers). We are a left wing and queer/LGBTQ+ house. We often socialise but also have our own independent social lives.

The house is a short walk from Dollis Hill station or Willesden Green station (both Jubilee line) and a short bus journey to Kensal Rise (Overground), there also many buses and its easy and quick to get to central (20-25 mins) and any other part of London. We are very close (5 min walk) to shops, supermarkets and lots of delicious restaurants.

The room is £700 a month not including bills.

Plus bills (council tax - Band D, gas, electricity, water and internet) and a weekly cleaner it comes to £900-£920 a month roughly (depends on the bills/time of year). We would also also ask for a £700 deposit and a reference.

We are looking for someone very clean, quiet and kind, and who loves dogs. Ideally someone who doesn't work full time from home.
