The room is a very large double, fully furnished with open wardrobe, sofa, glass table and chair and free standing mirror. Quiet room overlooking the front of the house. This room shares a bathroom with one other person. The bathroom is recently refurbished in marble tiles, it features a bath, over head shower, sink and toilet, which is elegant, modern and clean.

The house is a large semi detached Edwardian house, 3 minutes walk from Willesden Green Tube. The rooms are female preferred. No couples or men.

There is a large open plan kitchen/lounge with all smeg appliances. Six ring smeg cooker. Fridge freezer, a sofa and large flat screen TV. Washing machine, drier. This leads to a beautiful large patio garden with a barbecue.

There is currently three other lodgers at the house all are professional females. New lodger must be in office/university 5 days per week.

My name is Natalie and I am the landlord. I share this property with my husband, Ian. We only use the house 2 nights per month, so you will have the property to yourselves the rest of the time. We work in the fashion industry and IT. We are all extremely friendly and easy going. We love a good chat, but are respectful of peoples privacy. We've lived in London for a long time and are used to sharing with other people. We are looking for someone who is friendly and who is looking for somewhere that is clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideally we are looking for someone who spends the majority of their day either in the office or at University. Would suit a student or recent graduate. Must be degree educated or in further education. Please note this is a female only room, no couples.
