Double room available as my friend is moving out. It is a great room at the back of the property facing the garden and has plenty of natural light coming in. It has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside table with 2 drawers in. Additional furniture can be provided if required. You will be living with just myself and my girlfriend, so there is plenty of space for working from home, relaxing etc.

The lounge is large (shown in the photos) and there is a huge kitchen. There is one shared bathroom between us and this has been refurbished recently.

All bills - this includes superfast broadband, TNT Sports and Sky Sports TV, Netflix, water, electricity, gas and council tax - are included. There is parking available in the street but you will have to arrange and pay for the permit directly with the council. There is also an on-street bike shelter available through the council, and you can directly arrange this with them.

The flat is located halfway between Cricklewood station (Thameslink) and Willesden Green station (Jubilee line) - 6-8 minute walk to each station.

About myself:
I am a 30 year old professional working as a procurement manager, after graduating from university in 2015 with an economics degree. I play football for a team in West London and go to the gym regularly. I enjoy cooking meals during the week but at the weekend I usually eat and drink out with my girlfriend and mates.
