Rent is £500 per month (which is amazing value for London!) with bills approximately £110 per month, including a cleaning service for the communal spaces every 2 weeks.

Also come with a chest of drawers and bookshelf. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other housemate and includes a shower. There is also a larger one upstairs with a bath.
