Garden room in a friendly household

Garden bed room available from 12th of September in a mixed nationality, chilled out houseshare on a very quiet street, 10-15 min walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee line) and 5min walk from many bus routes to central London.

It's a good size double room with high ceilings and a built in double wardrobe. There's a big window facing the garden and you hear zero traffic - just birds in the morning!

The house has a kitchen with 2 fridges and gas hob, a decent size lounge and a massive garden with a patio, great for morning coffee and summer BBQs.

You'll be sharing with 6 in total, 3 girls and a 2 guys from a mix of countries- Lithuania, France Poland, Italy and UK so this is a very multi-lingual household! Everyone speaks English but all nationalities of course welcome.

There are also two lovely cats Pushkin and China.

We like to socialise sometimes at weekends but this is NOT a party household - it is a quiet house where everyone likes their privacy.

The house is in a great location for commuting to central London - it's only 11min to Bond St on the Jubilee line from Willesden Green, and there's direct 24h buses back which stop 5 min from the house.

It's a friendly and safe part of London with a big supermarket 10min walk away, local shops minutes away and Willesden Sports centre 8min walk, which has an amazing gym and pool etc. Lots of Portuguese and Brazilian shops as well as choice of coffee shops a bakeries in the local area..
