An en-suited double room located in a quite street, 3 mins to Sainsbury superstore, cafe and library and 10 mins to the famous Gladstone park.

Council tax will be ~£85 per month
Bills not included but normally around £100 for water, gas&electricity and Wifi, there will be a cleaner once a month.

Contract
I am leaving London so I am looking for someone to take over my lovely ensuited room, otherwise I will not give it away easily.

This will be a replacement in the contract so the person go through the references process.

You will only be sharing the whole flat with a lovely lady from China who is a working professional that only work from home once per week. The house is very clean and you are required to do bi-weekly cleaning to maintain a home (yes, we are picky! )

There’s a 3 rd toilet, washing machine and dryer.
