Double room in sunny flat

Hi all!

I am looking for a replacement flatmate for my sister who is moving out at the end of July. You would be sharing with myself in a two bedroom flat in Willesden Green NW2, about an 8 minute walk from the Jubilee line (Zone 2) so easy to get into central/east London.

Bit about me:
25 years old, working full time as a family support worker for a children’s charity, so typically out Monday-Friday and occasional weekends. I enjoy going out for coffee/wine and watching trash TV after work.

I’m looking for someone who can be a housemate and a friend and who enjoys socialising but also likes their own space, it’s a queer friendly household as well so want to keep that in mind.

Rent is £900 a month + bills (around £150ish) and room comes furnished with a double bed, white wardrobe (that can be removed as it has seen better days) and two armchairs. Rest of the bedroom furniture is tbc as my sister is taking some with her. Move in date would be the 29th of July and the tenancy is a year with the opportunity to extend. Our landlord is very lovely and quick to reply, and our neighbours are very friendly too (and usually the first to help us out with anything).
