Spacious double room in big garden house

Dates:
- I will be travelling to Barcelona for approximately 2 months (30th August to 2nd November) but might extend my trip indefinitely, so looking to sublet initially.

Room:
- The room is a spacious double room, fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, dresser and wardrobe. Some other bits (piano, TV + TV stand, additional nightstand) may stay during the sublet.

House:
- Big, lovely house with good shared spaces (big kitchen + dining room, shared living room), two toilets and separate bath (1 bedroom has en suite shower) and a big garden perfect for BBQs and sunbathing (garden clear out pending!). There's also a utility room with a washer/dryer.

The household:
- You'll be sharing with 4 lovely girls in their mid-twenties/early thirties from France and Nepal + a cutie (outdoor) cat called Berthe.

Location:
- The house is located in a quiet, suburban part of NW London, with 10-15 minute walk to Willesden Green (Jubilee Line) and Cricklewood Station (National Rail). Multiple buses for easy access around the area and to Overground (Richmond/Clapham Junction-Stratford).

- You can be in Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Central London within 30 minutes door to door - amazing!

- Local shops/gyms nearby - Co-op, Sainsbury's (local and massive!), Iceland, Tesco express, Energie Fitness. Lots of nice cafés (Gails, Costa and independent ones) on the high road.
