Flatmate is moving out and need to find a new person for their double room in a relaxed and homely flat located just a 4-minute walk from the Jubilee Line.

The flat has a nice shared living room, along with 2 bathrooms (one of them larger, as seen in the photos) and a small but functional kitchen.

You'll be sharing this flat with Dami, Neil, and Lawrence – all laid-back and friendly flatmates. Despite our different schedules, we often find time to connect in the kitchen for a chat.

Conveniently, Willesden Green station (Jubilee line) at 4-minutes walk away, bus stops for the 98 and N98 are right outside our door, and the Overground at Brondesbury Park is just a 15-minute walk away. Plus, all bills are included in the rent, and we have a cleaner who comes twice a month for just £18 per month.

Big and small Sainsbury's both at a 4 minutes walk from home.
