Double Room in a 2 bed flat in Willesden Green

Hi there!

I live in a two-bedroom flat in Willesden Green and my flatmate returns to Spain and leaves his room.

I am a Spanish girl who works in Visual Effects and I'm looking for someone to share the house with, who is chilled, easy going, cleans after her/himself, respects, above all, hours of sleep and such. Clearly, it is not a party house.
I feel this like a safe place to go back after work and relax so it would be ideal to share with someone that looks for these sort of things.

The house is an 8-minute walk from Willesden Green tube
station, with the Jubilee line that leaves you at Bond Street in 15 minutes.

The neighborhood is very quiet with many shops and restaurants. 5 minutes away there is also a huge park, Gladstone Park, where you can play sports or have a good picnic.

There are two rooms, mine and the one that is free, both separated from each other, a huge living room, kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was recently installed and everything in general was quite well taken care of.

The price is 900 per person plus bills, it would be to enter on September 13 when the new contract year begins. The contract is for 1 year, but if you would need to leave before that, you can find someone to replace you in the contract.
