The reception room is pretty spacious and sunny and I also have a big roof terrace which is a big bonus!

It will only be me and the new person living in the flat, you should have a fine balance between coziness and privacy.

I am a 34 y/o female working in tech as WFH,, I love a social house so not a party house but definitely not a retirement home either 😁

Tenancy starts from 20th October
There is a 1 month min stay but with an option of extending and being a full-time tenant if all goes well for both of us during your stay.

🙌🏼 Musts: Strictly no extra furniture in common area (desk, armchair etc) Must love cats, must work full time and ideally working from the office but it isn't a must

🚇 Transportation:
- Just 8 minutes away from Willesden Green Tube Station (Jubilee line)
-Buses to central london is only 2 minutes away

🛒 Shopping:
The house is just around the high street, there are many shops a big Londis is a min. away and big Sainsburys is 5 min away.
