Looking for 2 people to join me in a fab ground floor flat just a 5 minute walk from Willesden Green Underground Station. The flat has 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.
I've lived here for coming up two years, love the area and have a great relationship with the landlords who live in the flat above us.

Room 1 (Double)
Available on 26th September
Room will be largely unfurnished but my outgoings flatmate might leave a clothes rail and some other pieces you are welcome to use.
Room 2 (Small double)
Available on 26th September
Compact double room furnished with a fitted wardrobe and an IKEA bedframe and mattress.
The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated in the last 2 years and the landlords take great care of the front and back gardens that we share with them.
Rent prices given are without bills; I handle all the bills in the flat (WiFi, Water, Energy, Council Tax and TV licence) which tend to come to between £110-£150 per month, depending on the time of year.
Looking for kind, clean young professionals who are respectful of the space and the positive relations with the landlords.
I work in Sustainability in Central London and enjoy specialty coffee, gym and exercise, and vegan cooking. If you're veggie/vegan too, that's awesome, but I'm really not fussy if you aren't! I like to host my friends for dinners or BBQs in the back garden when the weather is good, but house parties or late loud music are a no out of respect for the landlords.
