Leaving my lovely flat in Willesden Green, NW London, looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. The lease ends Jan 15th, but my current flatmates (3 young professional women aged 21-26, have lived together >18 months) will be renewing!
So it's a long let, but it would be a sublet from September 29th until October 13th (these dates are fixed), when you'd officially take over the contract.
About the flat 👇
- The room is gorgeous, big with loads of natural light and a great ensuite, WFH friendly too
- The rest of the flat is really modern and bright with a lovely living space, as well as a communal garden downstairs
- Bills (WiFi, water, electric, gas and council tax) come to approx £100 a month
- Amazing transport links- 5 mins walk from Willesden Green tube on the Jubilee line (zone 2), 15 mins from Brondesbury Park overground, the 98 bus stops right outside the building and takes you all the way through central to Holborn
- A great area with loads of lovely neighbourhoods like Queens Park, Hampstead and Kensal Rise a short walk away. It has also always felt super safe!

- You're a young professional woman/NB person aged 21-30 who's clean, respectful and friendly
- Requirements to pass referencing from the landlord include: an income of at least £28,000 a year (evidenced with 3 months of payslips and bank statements), a full visa/right to remain, an employer reference and a previous landlord reference
