Double room available in NW2 - Willesden Green

My flatmate is leaving our great flat in London mid September because she bought her own flat. So I'm looking for someone to replace her!

This is a double room in a 2-bedroom apartment with shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and office. The room is available mid/end of September.

The flat is located in Willesden Green and has good transport links and is close to motorways:
• 10 minutes walk from Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee line, Zone 2/3), then 11 minutes by tube to Baker Street.
• Bus stops within 5 minutes walk serving Maida Vale, Notting Hill and Victoria,
• 14 minutes drive from the M1 and residents parking is available on street if required.

Furniture included.

Kitchen appliances – fridge freezer, oven with gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher.

My room is upstairs.
The property is managed by Foxtons Estate Agents.

You would take over the contract we currently have. We would just do a name change (my current flatmate would pay for this). We have a 3-year contract in place since November 8th, 2022. There was a 1-year break clause which has therefore already passed.

The rent is £1,075. Bills currently run around £150 per person per month, including electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax (band C) and TV.

Deposit is 987£.

You would share the flat with me: I'm 27 years old, I'm French and I work at Oxford Circus in marketing. I'm mostly in the office but I wfh from time to time. I am easy going and I would like to find a friendly and trustworthy flatmate.
I'm looking for a girl in her twenties or thirties who works and is looking for long-term accommodation.
