I'm a 2nd-year Computer Science student at UCL living in a flat that is 1 minute away from Willesden Green Station with my 3 other friends. I AM GOING TO MOVE though so I need a REPLACEMENT TENANT for my room. To be clear, I have not moved in yet (photos are from previous tenants) and I have not signed the contract. I am essentially posting on behalf of my flatmates to find them a 4th tenant.
The flat has a shared kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 floors, a washing machine and a small garden. The rooms have a single bed, with some shelves and a desk. My friends all study physics and are super friendly!
211 per week bills excluded. The contract is for 12 months starting from 15th September. You can move in from the 15th and get a fresh room. Students from any uni preferred but anyone is welcome. Please message me here or on WhatsApp if interested :)
