Description

Hello!

Quick notes:.
-I have a bed, mattress, bedside table, high lamp, open-wardrobe, chest of drawers., small table, SAD lamp. These are currently in storage. This is because some tenants want to bring some of their own furniture, and some do not. I am open to purchasing additional reasonable furnishments.
-Apologies that the photos aren't of perfect quality But they cover the entire room and are unfiltered.

General
-Flat within a Victorian mansion block. Four other flats in
block.
-I have a guide dog. He is extremely calm, well-trained, and docile. He is very affectionate to people that interact with him.
-Fireplaces in every room. This is a feature that oddly people seem to love.
-2nd floor. Well spaced. All kitchen utensils available.
-Double glazed windows and full insulation.
-Serviced boiler.
-Shower and bath.
-I am very sorry that it is not disability friendly. It was built along time ago, and there simply isn't the space to install a stairlift. However, there is space to leave a wheelchair and it is not many steps to get to the floor.
-Entire flat repainted recently (May).

Other:
-Small Sainsbury's <five minute walk. Bigger one <ten minutes away with other Highstreet shops/cafess/restaurants.
-Two gyms within 10-15 minute walk.
-On a very quiet, low pollution road.
-Very pleasant park (Gladstone Park) ten minutes away.
-Very low crime rate for the area.
-Over five bus routes available from a five minute walk away.
-Two stop change on Jubilee line to get to West Hampstead for Overground and Thameslink.
-You can see Wembley Stadium from your window!

Me:
-Except for university, I have lived in the area my entire life.
-I have a brain hemorrhage, which affects my vision and my memory. It isn't severe but it does vary often and I have little vision sometimes.
-I am obligated to keep things very tidy and organised so that I know where things are etc.
-My main hobby is running, although I am looking for other hobbies. I have an indoor (in my study) which you would be welcome to use.
-I love animals. I also have fish as well as my dog. Any pets are more than welcome, as long as they are well behaved and not loud!

Preferences:
-To genuinely like dogs, and not just say you like dogs.
-Tidiness, cleanliness, clearing/not leaving things out.
-Be social. It would be nice if we can share a bottle of wine or tea or coffee and talk crap about the world.
-Feel free to bring any friends over. I like meeting new people :)

I try to usually not be serious, but I have found that the rental world is a brutal one and formality is needed initally.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Freddie
